Terms and conditions for workshops and training

The indicated price is a net price excluding VAT. Lunch, coffee breaks and soft drinks during course hours are included. Hotel rooms and other travel expenses have to be paid separately.

Courses usually start at 09:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. on the last day, all the other days at 5:00 p.m. Please read the exact course times in your registration confirmation or ask me via email or phone.

Groups:	3 participants at the same date: 5%, 6 participants at the same date: 10%, 9 participants at the same date: 15%.
Early booking:	If you book 60 days in advance you will get a 10% discount.

Discounts for groups and for early booking can be combined until a total of 15%. There are no additional discounts available.

Payment is required before attending a course.

If I receive written notification of the cancellation of your reservation for a public training class at least 20 days prior to the start of the training class, I will refund 50% of the amount you have paid for the training. If we receive written notification of the cancellation of your reservations at least 30 days prior to the start of the training class, I will refund 70% of the amount you have paid.

If I need to cancel the training class for any reason, I will provide you with notification as early as possible and will refund 100% of the amount you have paid for the training.

No additional refunds are available. In no event will I be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of cancellation.

Of course, I will do everything to make an announced course take place!
